贝前列素钠联合尿毒清改善血液透析患者残存肾功能的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究贝前列素钠结合尿毒清颗粒对延缓血液透析患者残余肾功能的疗效。方法选择2019年3月至2020年4月就诊并实施了血液透析疗法的慢性肾衰竭患者80例,按照随机治疗原则将患者分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组患者以血液透析技术为基础疗法,观察组患者则给予贝前列素钠结合尿毒清颗粒疗法,对比两组患者的残存肾功能指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者在治疗后的血清肌酐、血清尿素氮最高水平均明显低于对照组,但e GFR、RRF的水平则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者在治疗后的残存肾功能、透析KT/V值都明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠联合尿毒清颗粒治疗后可有效保护血液透析患者的残存肾功能,从而改善血液透析充分性,改善患者生活质量,疗效显著。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of beraprost sodium combined with Niaoduqing Granules on improving the residual renal function of hemodialysis patients.Methods Eighty patients with chronic kidney disease from March 2019 to April 2021 who underwent haemodialysis therapy were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis,while the patients in the investigation group were treated with beraprost sodium combined with Niaoduqing Granules.The indexes of residual renal function were compared between the two groups.Results The highest level of serum creatinine and BUN in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,but the level of eGFRand RRF was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The residual renal function and KT/V value of dialysis in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Beraprost sodium combined with Niaodujing Granules can effectively protect the residual renal function of hemodialysis patients,improve the adequacy of hemodialysis,and the quality of life of patients,and delay the development of the disease.
