摘 要:近年来,随着城市配电网电缆化率的不断提高,配电网接地方式逐渐由消弧线圈接地改造为小电阻接地。介绍了小电阻接地系统中,一起单相故障导致3条20 kV线路同时跳闸的故障案例,阐述了故障处理过程,对故障原因进行了理论分析和仿真验证。最后,总结了导致多条线路同时故障的几种可能因素,从配电网调控角度提出应对措施,以提高故障处置效率。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of cable rate of urban distribution network,the grounding method of the distribution network is gradually transformed from arc suppression coil grounding to low resistance grounding.A fault case of three 20 kV lines tripping at the same time due to a single-phase fault in a small resistance grounding system is introduced.The fault handling process is described,and the cause of the fault is theoretically analyzed and simulated.Finally,several possible factors leading to simultaneous faults of multiple lines are summarized,and countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of distribution network regulation to improve the fault handling efficiency.
