摘  要:气体绝缘金属封闭母线气密的可靠性,是其安全运行的重要保障之一,如何在设备生产制造过程中进行高效的密封性检测是制造厂需探索的重要课题。以包扎检漏结合整体扣罩为检测手段,从SF_(6)检测标准、SF_(6)泄漏时效性进行理论分析,探索SF_(6)检漏法的可靠性。The air-tight reliability of the gas-insulated metal-enclosed bus is one of the important guarantees for its safe operation.How to conduct efficient leak testing during the equipment manufacturing process is an important issue that manufacturers need to explore.Taking the bandage leak detection combined with the integral buckle cover as the detection method,based on the theoretical analysis of SF_(6)detection standard and SF_(6)leakage timeliness,the reliability of SF_(6) leakage detection method is explored.
