摘　　要：针对凌津滩电厂主轴吊装方案中存在的问题,提出了一种采用动滑轮组+起重机牵引受力代替人工操作的方法,降低了检修工作强度,提高了检修效率,同时提升了吊装过程的安全系数。In view of the problems existing in the main shaft hoisting scheme of Lingjintan Hydropower Plant,a method of using moving pulley block+crane traction force instead of manual operation is proposed,which reduces the maintenance intensity,improves the maintenance efficiency,and improves the safety factor in the hoisting process.
