摘 要:目的探讨应用二氧化碳(carbon dioxide,CO_(2))血管内造影对血液透析动静脉通路功能评估的临床价值。方法构建CO_(2)密闭输送与全自动注射系统,对海南省人民医院40例慢性肾脏病患者的血液透析动静脉通路进行CO_(2)造影。造影前后记录患者不良反应及CO_(2)剂量。结果所有患者均顺利安全地完成检查,40例(100%)都可获得比较清晰影像,能基本达到临床检查及治疗需要。造影过程中无严重不良反应,3例(7.5%)有轻度一过性肢体末端疼痛。不同部位不同血流下的CO_(2)造影有不同的使用剂量。结论CO_(2)血管内造影可安全、可靠的应用于血液透析患者动静脉通路的功能评价。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))angiography during arteriovenous access in hemodialysis patients.Methods A CO_(2)-sealed delivery and automatic injection system was established and CO_(2)angiography was performed in 40 hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.Adverse reactions and CO_(2)dose were recorded before and after angiography.Results All examinations proceeded smoothly and safely.Forty cases(100%)could acquire relatively distinct images and basically fulfill the needs of clinical examination and treatment.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the procedure.There was an onset of mild transient terminal extremity pain(n=3,7.5%).CO_(2)angiography with different blood flows at different sites had different reference doses.Conclusion CO_(2)angiography may be applied safely and reliably for evaluating the function of arteriovenous access in hemodialysis patients.
