摘  要:目的:以升清降浊胶囊为模型,优化其干法制粒工艺参数,验证最优工艺参数和干法制粒工艺的可行性。方法:采用Box-Behnken响应面法,以压辊间隙、压辊油压、送料转速、压辊转速作为考察因素,以制得颗粒的一次成型率(Y1)作为考察指标,优化干法制粒工艺参数。结果:最优工艺参数为压辊间隙1.1 mm,压辊油压161 bar,送料转速84 r/min,压辊转速20 r/min,颗粒的一次成型率均值为52.8%,RSD为1.50%。结论:升清降浊胶囊使用干法制粒技术可行,该技术可有效提高生产效率,促进规模化生产进程。Objective:To optimize the dry granulation process parameters of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Capsules and verify the feasibility of the optimal process parameters and dry granulation process.Methods:The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the dry granulation process parameters with the roller gap,roller oil pressure,feeding speed and roller speed as the investigation factors,and the one-step forming rate(Y1)of the prepared particles as the investigation index.Results:The optimal process parameters were the roller gap of 1.1 mm,the oil pressure of the rollers of 161 bar,the feeding speed of 84 r/min,and the speed of the rollers of 20 r/min.The average one-step forming rate of particles was 52.8%,and the RSD was 1.50%.Conclusion:The dry granulation technology of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Capsules is feasible,which can effectively improve the production efficiency and promote the process of large-scale production.
