至骨针法针刺特色初探

摘　　要：至骨针法是集触诊、针刺、导引、正念疗法为一体的新型针法。该针法以触至病所为先导,通过循“骨”触诊,辅助腧穴的诊断和靶点选择。进针讲究针尖至骨或贴骨进针,以针至病所,通经活络,松解粘连。行针注重医患互动,医者意守神气,逼气至病所;患者意守感传,配合主被动的意念活动、呼吸活动、肢体运动、脏腑活动,导气至病所。对病位较深、病情顽固的疼痛性疾病、功能障碍性疾病效果显著。The"touching-bone"acupuncture is a new type of acupuncture therapy,which includes palpation,acupuncture,daoyin,mindfulness therapy.This acupuncture method takes palpation to the disease site as the guide,the acupoint diagnosis and target selection are assisted by palpation along the bone.When entering the needle,pay attention to inserting the needle from the tip to the bone or sticking to the bone,with the needle to the disease site,to achieve the effect of meridians and collaterals,loosen the adhesion.In the process of needle treatment,the interaction between doctor and patient should be emphasized.The doctor should maintain his attitude and force Qi to the disease site,while the patient should maintain his sense.Qi should be guided to the disease site by cooperating with active and passive mind activities,breathing activities,body movements,and activities of Zang-Fu organs.It has a remarkable effect on painful and dysfunction diseases with deep and stubborn disease.
