中药夏枯草药理作用及其分子机制研究进展

摘　　要：通过夏枯草及其有效活性成分的药理作用及其分子机制的综述,总结了夏枯草现代化研究进展。目前,夏枯草药理作用多集中在抗病毒、抗炎、抗肿瘤、护肝、调节血压、调节代谢等研究领域,其相关的分子作用机制主要体现在阻断传染途径、调节细胞因子、参与信号转导、改善代谢紊乱、维持细胞完整等方面,有效化学成分主要包括总黄酮、总酚、萜类及多糖。Through the review of pharmacological action and molecular mechanism of Prunella Vulgaris L.and its active components,the research progress of its modernization was summarized.At present,the pharmacological effects of Prunella vulgaris L.are mainly concentrated in the research fields of anti-virus,anti-inflammation,anti-cancer,liver protection,regulation of blood pressure,regulation of metabolism,etc.,the relevant molecular mechanisms are mainly embodied in the following aspects:blocking the transmission route,regulating the cytokines,regulating the signal pathway,improving the metabolic disorder,and affecting the formation of cell matrix,the effective chemical constituents mainly include total flavonoids,total phenols,terpenoids and polysaccharides.
