摘  要:次氯酸钠消毒工艺作为传统液氯消毒工艺的优质替代,已经在自来水厂中得到了广泛的研究和应用,但目前对于自来水厂发生器制备的次氯酸钠溶液质量控制方面的研究较少。以南方某水厂在线次氯酸钠消毒改造为例,对发生器的调试、运行、产品检验进行了研究分析。结果显示,在线次氯酸钠溶液具有较好的卫生安全性和溶液稳定性,但需要关注有效氯检测方法的选用;可以考虑采用低峰用电的方式生产制备次氯酸钠,降低发生器出液温度有助于将降低盐耗和电耗,节约运行成本。The sodium hypochlorite disinfection process,as a high-quality alternative to the traditional liquid chlorine disinfection process,has been extensively studied and applied in water treatment plants,but there are currently few studies on the quality control of sodium hypochlorite solutions prepared by water plant generators.Based on the online sodium hypochlorite disinfection transformation experience of a water plant in south of China,the commissioning,operation and product inspection of the generator were researched and analyzed.The results show that the online sodium hypochlorite solution has good hygiene,safety and solution stability,but attention needs to be paid to the selection of effective chlorine detection methods;It can be considered to use low-peak electricity to produce sodium hypochlorite,the lowering of the generator outlet temperature will help reduce salt and electricity consumption,and save operating costs.
