摘 要:为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的目标,新能源发电在电力系统中的比重不断增加,需大力提升电力系统的灵活性和调节能力。从机组增容改造现状、机组增容改造方式等方面,对现有大中型常规水电站机组增容问题进行探讨,并提出建议,以增加常规水电站储能功能和发电能力,提高电网备用容量,提升电力系统的调节能力,提升电力系统对新能源电量的消纳能力。In order to achieve the goal of“Peaking carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality”,the proportion of new energy power generation in the power system is increasing,so the flexibility and regulation ability of the power system need to be greatly improved.In terms of the current status and modes of unit capacity upgrading and renovation,the problems of capacity upgrading of existing large and medium-sized conventional hydropower stations are discussed,and the suggestions on increasing the energy storage function and power generation capacity of conventional hydropower stations are presented,that can increase the reserve capacity of power grid and the regulation capability of power system,and improve the ability of power system to consume new energy electricity.
