摘 要:基于抽水蓄能电站端对端的独特运行原理,以抽水蓄能电站运行效益最大为目标函数,以抽水蓄能电站的发电和抽水功率、水流量平衡、水库容量以及抽水和发电功率互补等为约束条件,构建抽水蓄能电站能量交易优化决策模型,通过改进免疫粒子群算法求解模型,得出电站能量交易最佳优化决策。算例分析结果表明,该模型优化决策后可达到抽水蓄能最佳出力,在电价最低时购电抽水,电价最高时发电售电,保证供电网填谷时电量稳定,并实现抽水蓄能电站运营收益最大化。Based on the unique end-to-end operation principle of pumped-storage power station,taking the maximum operation benefit of pumped-storage power station as the objective function,and taking the generation and pumping power,water flow balance,reservoir capacity and pumping and generating power complementarity of pumped-storage power station as constraints,the optical energy transaction decision model of pumped-storage power station is constructed,which is solved by improved immune particle swarm optimization algorithm,and then the optimal decision of power station energy trading can be obtained.The example analysis results show that the optimal output of pumped storage can be achieved after the decision-making optimized by the model,in which,the power can be purchased and pumped when the electricity price is the lowest and the power can be generated and sold when the electricity price is the highest,so the stability of electricity is ensured when the power supply network fills the valley,and the operation income of pumped-storage power station can be maximized.
