摘  要:针对抽屉型开关柜,分析主要部件构成及老化机理,基于老化机理提供性能检测、剩余寿命评估流程与方法。通过试验获取能表征抽屉开关柜关键部件可靠性的老化敏感参数,包括触点接触电阻、动作电压、释放电压等。以上述老化敏感参数作为抽屉开关柜的寿命评估指标,结合寿命评估方法,就可评估抽屉开关柜的服役剩余寿命,保障抽屉开关柜的运行可靠性。For the drawer-type switchgear,the main component composition and aging mechanism are analyzed.The performance testing and remaining life evaluation procedures and methods are provided based on the aging mechanism.The aging sensitive parameters that can characterize the reliability of the key components of the drawer switchgear are obtained through experiments,including contact resistance,operating voltage,release voltage,etc.The above-mentioned aging sensitive parameters are used as the life evaluation index of the drawer switch cabinet.Combined with the life evaluation method,the remaining service life of the drawer switch cabinet is evaluated,and the operating reliability of the drawer switch cabinet is guaranteed.
