摘 要:针对近距离煤层回采巷道稳定性控制问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟与现场监测相结合的研究方法,分析了下伏煤层回采巷道顶板破断类型,优化了巷道支护参数,提出了锚杆+注浆锚索联合支护的巷道稳定性控制方法。研究结果表明:底板岩层最大破坏深度为12.15 m,属于裂隙破断类型,需要对顶板裂隙区加强支护,当锚杆间排距为750 mm×750 mm时,巷道支护效果最佳;通过现场试验与监测,巷道变形表现为“S”形增长趋势,整体变形量较小,实现了近距离下伏煤层回采巷道稳定性的有效控制,可为类似近距离煤层开采条件矿山提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem of roadway stability control in contiguous coal seam mining,the research method combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring was adopted to analyze the roof failure type of the roadway under the coal seam mining,optimize the roadway support parameters,and put forward the roadway stability control method of bolt+grouting anchor cable combined support.The results show that the maximum failure depth of floor strata is 12.15 m,which belongs to the fracture type,and it is necessary to strengthen the support in the cracked area of roof.When the row distance between bolts is 750 mm×750 mm,the tunnel support effect is the best.Through the field test and monitoring,the roadway deformation shows an"S"shaped growth trend,and the overall deformation is small,which realizes the effective control of the stability of the roadway in the contiguous underlying coal seam mining,and can provide reference for mines with similar contiguous coal seam mining conditions.
