摘 要:针对东山煤电某煤矿近距离煤层开采存在的巷道扰动破坏问题,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了下煤层回采巷道合理的布置方法。结果表明:作用在煤柱上的支承压力表现为“凸”形发展特征,由于2503工作面巷道处于上煤层煤柱应力集中作用区,巷道的稳定性必然受影响。随着下煤层巷道距遗留煤柱中心线水平距离增大,巷道表面变形显著降低,巷道所受应力也随之减小,巷道稳定性更好。研究成果可为类似条件矿山提供指导与借鉴。Aiming at the problem of roadway disturbance and damage in contiguous coal seam mining in a coal mine of Dongshan Coal and Electricity,the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used to analyze the reasonable layout method of the mining roadway in the lower coal seam.The results show that the supporting pressure acting on the coal pillar is characterized by a"convex"development.Since the roadway of the 2503 working face is in the stress concentration area of the upper coal seam,the stability of the roadway will inevitably be affected.As the horizontal distance between the lower coal seam roadway and the center line of the remaining coal pillar increases,the surface deformation of the roadway is significantly reduced,the stress on the roadway also decreases,and the roadway stability is better.The research results can provide guidance and reference for mines with similar conditions.
