摘  要:文章针对王庄矿厚煤层综放开采护巷煤柱变形破坏严重问题,以52M2工作面护巷煤柱为研究对象,综合运用室内试验、数值模拟和现场钻孔窥视等方法对厚煤层综放开采煤柱的变形破坏进行研究。实验室通过在煤体钻孔充填不同强度超细硫铝酸盐水泥,模拟注浆对煤柱力学性能的影响,发现填充物改变了孔洞内部应力状态,显著提高了煤柱的抗压强度。结合综放开采顶板侧向支承应力分析,计算得出王庄矿52M2工作面合理的窄煤柱宽度为5.9~8.4 m。采用离散元UDEC模拟对比王庄煤矿不同宽度煤柱采动作用下的变形破坏情况,结合现场煤柱钻孔窥视及巷道变形实测结果,提出了王庄矿厚煤层综放开采合理的煤柱留设宽度和支护方案。Aiming at the serious problem of deformation and failure of roadway support pillar in fully-mechanized caving mining of thick coal seam in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,this paper takes the roadway support pillar in 52M2 working face as the research object,and comprehensively studies the deformation and failure of roadway support pillar in fully-mechanized caving mining of thick coal seam by means of laboratory test,numerical simulation and on-site drilling peeping.By filling the borehole with ultrafine sulfoaluminate cement of different strength,the laboratory simulated the influence of grouting on the mechanical properties of coal pillar,and found that the filling material changed the stress state inside the hole and significantly improved the compressive strength of coal pillar.Combined with the analysis of roof lateral support stress in fully-mechanized caving mining,the reasonable narrow pillar width of 52M2 working face in Wangzhuang Coal Mine is calculated to be 5.9~8.4 m.The discrete element UDEC was used to simulate and compare the deformation and failure of coal pillars with different widths under mining operation in Wangzhuang Coal Mine,and combined with the observation results of boreholes and roadway deformation,the reasonable width and support scheme of coal pillars in thick coal seam fully-mechanized caving mining in Wangzhuang Coal Mine was put forward.
