摘  要:为了调控双酚A型聚芳酯(PAR)及其薄膜结构和性能,改变间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)、对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)的投料比,与双酚A(BPA)通过相转移界面缩聚法制得系列双酚A型PAR树脂。其中,全对位、近全对位及全间位PAR为结晶型聚合物。当IPC、TPC投料量越接近时,聚合物的结晶度越低,溶解性、耐热性越好。同时,其对应聚合物薄膜的力学强度、透明度越高,介电常数越低。当IPC、TPC投料比在4∶6至6∶4之间时,聚合物薄膜的拉伸强度在60 MPa左右,400 nm处可见光透过率均达86%以上,1 MHz观测频率下的介电常数低于2.43,应用前景广阔。In order to regulate the structure and properties of bisphenol-A polyarylates(PARs)and their films,a series of bisphenol-A PARs were prepared by phase transfer interfacial polycondensation with bisphenol-A(BPA)and different proportions of isophthaloyl dichloride(IPC)and terephthaloyl dichloride(TPC).It is worth noting that full para-aromatic PAR,near full para-aromatic PAR and full meta-aromatic PAR are crystalline polymers.When the amount of IPC and TPC is closer,the crystallinity of the polymer is lower,the solubility and heat resistance are better.Meanwhile,the properties of the corresponding polymer films also change,the mechanical strength and transparency are better,and the dielectric constant is lower.The polymer films with the ratio of IPC and TPC between 4∶6 and 6∶4 have the tensile strength of 60 MPa,the visible light transmittance of more than 86%at 400 nm,and the dielectric constant of less than 2.43 at the observation frequency of 1 MHz,which have broad application prospects.
