摘 要:为改进1.56 dtex×38 mm聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)短纤维的力学性能、可加工性能,在中丽纺丝机和短纤牵伸线上进行改进研究。通过喷丝板选择,螺杆挤出温度、UDY纤维平衡时间和牵伸工艺的控制改进纤维的性能。结果表明:PTT短纤维的力学性能得到进一步优化,强度、模量、弹性回复率指标分别较原工艺提高了15%、11%、7%,断裂伸长率、卷曲数、卷曲度、干热收缩率分别较原工艺降低了20%、33%、35%、13%,从而使纤维性能更有利于后道用户的纺纱加工。In order to improve the mechanical properties and processability of 1.56 dtex 38 mm PTT staple fiber,improvement research was carried out on the ZhongLi spinning machine and the staple drawing line.Through the selection of spinneret,screw temperature,balance time of UDY fiber and drawing process control to improve the performance of fiber.The results showed that the mechanical properties of PTT staple fiber were further optimized.The strength,modulus and elastic recovery of PTT staple fiber were increased by 15%,11%and 10%,respectively and the elongation at break and crimp number and crimp degree and dry heat shrinkage were decreased by 20%,33%,39%and 11%,so that the fiber properties were more conducive to the subsequent user of the spinning process.
