摘  要:在聚酯装置开车过程中,终聚釜搅拌轴机械密封发生2次泄漏事故。通过对机械密封承受的弹簧比压、端面比压与轴向合力分析,发现弹簧比压低与隔离液压力波动是导致机械密封发生泄漏故障的主要原因;通过增加弹簧钢丝直径和PLAN54隔离液的密封油站技术改造解决以上问题,机械密封能够稳定、可靠运行。During the start-up of polyester plant,there were two leakage accidents of mechanical seal of mixing shaft of final polymerization reactor.By analyzing the spring specific pressure,the end face specific pressure and the axial resultant force of the mechanical seal.It is found that the low specific pressure of spring and the fluctuation of isolation fluid pressure are the main reasons for the leakage failure of mechanical seal.The above problems are solved by increasing the diameter of spring steel wire and the technical transformation of sealing oil station with plan54 isolation liquid,and the mechanical seal can operate stably and reliably.
