摘　　要：对火炮炮身用PCrNi1MoA钢管的生产从冶炼、开坯到轧制成钢管材全过程的生产工艺进行了分析,采用电炉EAF+LF精炼炉+VD真空脱气+电渣重熔的最佳冶炼工艺,采用双辊卧式双导盘Acco-Roll轧管机组生产的PCrNi1MoA钢管质量稳定,各项性能完全满足标准要求。The whole process from smelting, blooming to finished tube of the trial production of PCrNi1 MoA steel tube used for artillery gun are mainly analysised. PCrNi1 MoA is smelted by the process of EAF+LF +VD+ESR and rolled by the process of double roll horizontal double guide disc Acco-Roll mill. With all above process, the quality of PCrNi1 MoA steel tube is stable, and the performance fully meets the standard requirements.
