摘 要:京哈高铁极端气温低于-30℃,极易造成既有铁路路基冻胀产生不均匀变形,给列车运行安全带来极大隐患。通过填料改良后对土力学指标进行研究分析,将注浆加固技术应用于既有高速铁路路基冻胀处理,基床整体密实度及承载力均得到提高,对路基翻浆冒泥等病害起到了预防作用。通常的冻胀处理手段为整体换填,需要中断行车,工程造价高、处理周期长、施工难度大。研究对基床本体劈裂式注入配比浆液,有效改善了基床的渗透性和冻胀性,对既有线冻胀病害处理具有重要的指导意义。Beijing-Harbin HSR is prone to frost heaving-induced uneven deformation of the existing railway subgrade under the extreme temperature below-30℃, bringing great potential hazard to the train operation safety. By studying and analyzing the mechanical indexes of the subsoil improved with fillers, the grouting reinforcement technology is applied to the frost heaving treatment of subgrade of high speed railway, which improves overall compactness and bearing capacity of subgrade bed and prevents mud-pumping and other diseases of subgrade. Frost heaving is usually treated by overall replacement, during which operation traffic needs to be interrupted. The conventional method has many disadvantages, including high engineering cost,long treatment period and great construction difficulty. The slurry mixed in a proportion is injected into the subgrade bed in a splitting manner in the study, which effectively improves the permeability and frost heaving of the subgrade bed and serves as an important reference for treating frost heaving disease of the existing lines.
