摘  要:新建郑州—济南高速铁路长清黄河特大桥小里程侧采用22联3×56 m等跨预制胶拼预应力混凝土连续梁跨越黄河边滩,胶拼连续梁桥长3.7 km。对其结构设计、节段拼装工艺以及主要计算指标等进行介绍。研究采用无湿接缝逐跨拼装工艺,全梁无任何湿接缝及现浇合龙段,实现了连续梁梁部预制拼装率100%;提出高速铁路中等跨度等跨预应力混凝土连续梁节段预制拼装可采用三跨一联或两跨一联布置,相关成果可为类似工程提供参考。The small mileage side of Changqing Yellow River Super Major Bridge of the new ZhengzhouJinan High Speed Railway is built with twenty-two 3×56 m precast rubber-spliced prestressed concrete continuous beams to cross the side shoal of the Yellow River.The length of the rubber-spliced continuous beam bridge is 3.7 km.This paper introduces the structural design,segment assembly process and main calculation indicators,etc.The application of the span-by-span assembly process without wet joints is studied in this paper.Without wet joints and cast-in-situ closure sections along the whole beam,the 100%prefabricated assembly rate is achieved for the continuous beam sections.It is proposed that the prefabricated assembly of medium equal-span prestressed concrete continuous beam sections can be arranged by a three-span continuous unit or two-span continuous unit for high speed railways.The relevant study results may provide reference for similar projects.
