摘 要:在京雄城际铁路固安特大桥的连续梁施工中,应用了一种全新的转体施工方法,即动力设置于边墩的墩顶转体法。在该方法中,转体系统由3个部分组成:82000 kN的转体球铰为支承系统;边跨支柱和滑道为平衡系统;牵引索、千斤顶和千斤顶反力座为牵引系统。这种创新性的设计,可减轻转体质量、减小转体牵引力、增强转体过程的稳定性、降低施工难度、大幅降低施工安全风险。动力设置于边墩的墩顶转体法在京雄城际铁路中的成功应用,为连续梁转体施工提供了全新的设计思路、拓宽了应用领域,丰富了我国转体桥梁的设计和建造技术,取得了较好的经济和社会效益,具有广阔的应用前景。In the construction of continuous beam of Gu’an Super Major Bridge in Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway,a brand new rotation construction method is applied,i.e.the pier top rotation method with power set at the abutment pier.In the method,the rotation system consists of the following three parts:the 82000 kN spherical hinge serving as the supporting system;the side span strut and the slideway serving as the balancing system;the pulling cable,jack and jack reaction pedestal forming the traction system.This innovative design can reduce the rotation quality,decrease the rotation traction,enhance the stability of rotation process,lower the level of construction difficulty and significantly reduce the safety risk of construction.The successful application of pier top rotation method with power set at abutment pier in Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway provides a brand new design idea for the construction of continuous beam rotation,broadens the application field,enriches the design and construction technology of rotation bridges in China and achieves good economic and social benefits.Therefore,such method has a broad application prospect.
