摘　　要：目的观察杜仲腰痛丸对腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)慢性下肢痛模型大鼠的疼痛行为学的影响,探讨杜仲腰痛丸改善LDH大鼠疼痛的药效应。方法 SD雄性大鼠72只,随机分为正常组(Normal组)、模型组(Model组)、模型治疗组(Model Treatment组),各24只。采用自体髓核移植法对模型组、模型治疗组分别进行造模,造模成功后,模型治疗组给予杜仲腰痛丸溶液灌胃,其余两组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,喂药疗程28 d。各组大鼠于不同时间节点比较自发行为学评分、机械痛阈值及热痛阈值等行为学变化。以此观察杜仲腰痛丸对模型大鼠的痛阈影响。结果自发疼痛行为学评分结果显示,手术前各组SD大鼠进行疼痛行为学评分均表现良好(P>0.05);手术造模后,与正常组比较,模型组及模型治疗组自发性疼痛行为评分在术后2、7d都显著增高(P<0.05),在术后14d时,差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组给予药物干预后,与正常组和模型组比较,模型治疗组在喂药2、7、14、21、28 d后自发性疼痛行为评分都显著降低(P<0.05)。机械痛阈值及热痛阈值结果显示:各组在手术前的机械痛阈值及热痛阈值,基本都维持在18 s左右,各组数据之间均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在手术后14 d(喂药0 d时),模型组及模型治疗组机械痛阈值及热痛阈值都有不同程度的上升但是上升幅度较小(P>0.05),再给予杜仲腰痛丸药物治疗后,与模型组比较,模型治疗组在喂药2、7、14、21、28 d后机械痛阈值及热痛阈值上升显著(P<0.05)。结论杜仲腰痛丸可以通过降低LDH所致的慢性下肢痛模型大鼠的自发性疼痛行为学评分和提高模型大鼠机械痛阈值及热痛阈值来发挥良好的镇痛药效。Objective To observe the effects of Duzhong Yaotong Pill(杜仲腰痛丸)on the pain behavior of rats with chronic lower limb pain of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),and to explore the drug effect of Duzhong Yaotong Pill in improving the pain of LDH rats.Methods 72 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,Model group,Model treatment group,24 per group.Autologous nucleus pulposus transplantation was used to model the model group and the model treatment group.After the model was successfully established,the model treatment group was given Duzhong Yaotong Pill solution by gavage,and the other two groups were given the same amount of normal saline by gavage for 28 days.The rats in each group compared behavioral changes such as spontaneous academic score,mechanical pain threshold and thermal pain threshold at different time nodes.To observe the effect of Duzhong Yaotong Pill on the pain threshold of model rats.Results The behavioral score of spontaneous pain showed that the SD rats in each group performed well before the operation(P>0.05);after the operation model,compared with the normal group,the model group and the model treatment group had spontaneous pain Behavior scores increased significantly at 2 and 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).At 14 days after surgery,the difference was not significant and not statistically significant(P>0.05).After drug intervention,each group was compared with the normal group and the normal group.Compared with the model group,the spontaneous pain behavior score of the model treatment group was significantly reduced after 2 days,7 days,14 days,21 days,and 28 days after feeding(P<0.05).The results of mechanical pain threshold and thermal pain threshold showed that the mechanical pain threshold and thermal pain threshold of each group before the operation were basically maintained at about 18 s,and there was no significant difference between the data of each group(P>0.05).On the 14 th day after the operation(at 0 day of drug feeding),the mechanical pain threshold and thermal pain thr
