益气除痞汤对酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠作用及机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察益气除痞汤对反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)模型SD大鼠的食管病理和食管下段黏膜pH值的影响。方法采用不全幽门结扎及食管下括约肌切开术制备酸性RE模型,造模第2天,益气除痞汤大、小剂量组、多潘立酮组分别予以50 g·kg^(-1)、10 g·kg^(-1)、4.5 mg·kg^(-1)给药7 d。观察各组SD大鼠病理组织形态和食管下段黏膜pH值的变化。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠食管下段黏膜组织病变程度、细胞炎性反应明显提高(P<0.01)且食管下段黏膜pH值明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗后,与模型组比较,益气除痞汤高、低剂量组、多潘立酮组大鼠食管组织病变程度显著降低(P<0.01)且pH值有显著升高(P<0.01),其中益气除痞汤大剂量组大鼠食管下段黏膜pH值较小剂量组升高明显(P<0.05)。结论益气除痞汤可能通过提高RE模型SD大鼠反流物的pH值达到减轻炎症、降低食管损害等作用,从而达到治疗RE的目的。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Chupi Decoction(益气除痞汤)on esophageal pathology and pH value of lower esophageal mucosa in reflux esophagitis(RE)model SD rats.Methods The model of acid re was made by incomplete pylorus ligation and lower esophg respectively for 7 days.The changes of pathological morphology and pH value of lower esophageal mucosa were observed.Results Compared with the sham operation group,the pathological changes and cellular inflammatory reaction of the model group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the pH value of the lower esophageal mucosa was significantly decreased(P<0.01).After treatment,compared with the model group,the pathological changes of esophageal tissue in high-dose,low-dose and domperidone groups of Yiqi Chupi Decoction were significantly decreased(P<0.01)and pH value was significantly increased(P<0.01),among which the pH value of lower esophageal mucosa in large dose Yiqi Chupi Decoction group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Chupi Decoction can reduce inflammation and esophageal damage by increasing the pH value of reflux in RE model rats,so as to promote the recovery of the disease.
