摘  要:目的确定降糖活血合剂水提取的最优工艺条件。方法以丹酚酸B作为工艺优选的指标性成分,先采用高效液相色谱技术建立其含量测定方法,在单因素考察的基础上,设计L9(34)正交实验,将丹酚酸B含量结合干膏收率,采用二者的综合评分作为评价工艺的指标,考察加入的水量、煎煮的次数、煎煮的时间对提取工艺的影响,确定降糖活血合剂的最佳提取工艺。结果降糖活血合剂最佳提取工艺为每次加水10倍量,每次煎煮1 h,共煎煮2次。结论优选的工艺参数合理,质量可控,稳定可行,适用于降糖活血合剂的提取。Objective To optimize the optimal extraction process conditions of Jiangtang Huoxue Mixture(降糖活血合剂).Methods To establish a high performance liquid phase determination method for the content of salvianolic acid B in the mixture,and design the L9(34)orthogonal test based on the single factor inspection result,taking the comprehensive score of the salvianolic acid B content and the yield of dry paste as the index.The effects of the amount of water added,the number of decoctions,and the decoction time on the extraction process were investigated and optimized,and the extraction process of the Jiangtang Huoxue Mixture was determined.Results The optimal process conditions for Jiangtang Huoxue Mixture were decocting twice,adding water 10 times each time,and decocting for 1 hour.Conclusion The optimized process parameters are reasonable,quality controllable,stable and feasible,and are suitable for the preparation of Jiangtang Huoxue Mixture.
