摘　　要：文章以"血脉"为核心,根据血脉病膏脂运化失常、气血运行不畅、痰瘀壅滞、闭阻脉络的病因病机特点,分别从心主血脉、脾主运化能统血、肝主疏泄能藏血、肺朝百脉主治节、肾主外藏精、脉之形态功能、痰瘀思想、大气理论、整体观念等角度进行论述,以求拓宽血管相关疾病的防治思路。基于中医血脉理论防治血管疾病,契合当下医疗需求,体现中医学的优势与特色。Taking“hemo-vascular”as the core,we paid attention to the etiological and pathogenesis characteristics of hemo-vascular-pathy,such as dyslipidemia,dysfunction of Qi and blood,phlegm and blood stasis,and obstruction of venation.We discussed hemo-vascular-pathy from the following perspectives:heart dominating blood circulation and vessels,spleen governing transportation and transformation and controling blood,liver governing free flow of Qi and storing blood,lung connecting all vessels and regulating visceral activities,kidney governing external and storing essence,pulse morphology,phlegm and blood stasis,the theory of great Qi,and concept of holism,etc..Our aim was to broaden the horizons of prevention and treatment of vascular diseases.The principle of prevention and treatment of hemo-vascular-pathy based on the theory of blood vessels in traditional Chinese medicine meet the current medical needs and embodies the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
