摘　　要：铁死亡(ferroptosis)是近年来研究发现的一种全新的细胞程序性死亡方式,是一种因铁依赖性的脂质过氧化物积累引起细胞死亡的调节形式。大量研究显示,铁死亡在心血管疾病的发生发展过程中扮演着重要角色,铁死亡的发生导致机体正常的组织器官损伤或功能丧失可直接参与疾病的发生、发展与转归,因此针对心血管疾病,抑制铁死亡的发生可以有效的预防及延缓疾病的发生与发展。主要围绕冠心病铁死亡的发生机制及其中医药研究方面进行探讨,为冠心病的预防和治疗提供新的理论依据及策略。Iron death(ferroptosis)is a new programmed cell death method discovered by research in recent years.It is a regulation form of cell death caused by the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxide.A lot of studies show that iron in cardiovascular disease death plays an important role in the process of development,iron occurrence of death cause normal tissues and organs of the body of the damage or loss of function can be directly involved in the occurrence,development and outcome of the disease,so for cardiovascular disease,inhibit the occurrence of death iron can effectively prevent and delay the occurrence and development of diseases.In this paper,the mechanism of iron death from coronary heart disease and the study of traditional Chinese medicine were discussed to provide a new theoretical basis and strategy for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
