海洋药物牡蛎方剂用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.50)对海洋中药方剂进行数据分析,为指导海洋中药牡蛎临床用药和开发提供依据。方法收集《中医方剂大词典》《卫生部药品标准中药成方制剂》《中华人民共和国药典》《新药转正标准》中海洋中药牡蛎的中药方剂,运用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.50)结合计算机技术对收集的方剂进行数据挖掘,重点运用关联规则及熵聚类等进行系统分析。结果共得到407的方剂,涉及药物种类为388味。其中内服药206个,外用药49个。药物频次(f)≥20的药物共26味;引用频次前三的类别为补虚药、收涩药、清热药;频次(f)≥30的药物组合19对涉及14个药物;按科属分类,内科、妇科和男性科疾病占得比例较大。结论牡蛎是现今最广泛应用的海洋中药,在方剂中多配伍以补虚药和收涩药。文章对海洋中药牡蛎进行系统分析并得到新方,为临床用药提供临床方剂并为新药提供理论基础。Objective Based on the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(V2.50),this paper analyzes the data of Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription to guide the clinical use and to develop of marine traditional medicine Muli(Ostreae Concha). Methods The author was collected the traditional medicine prescriptions of marine traditional medicine Muli(Ostreae Concha) in the Dictionary of Traditional Medicine Prescriptions,Ministry of Health Drug Standard Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Preparation,Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China,New Drug Regularization Standard. By the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system(V2.50)combined with computer technology,the author performed data mining,association rules and entropy clustering. Results A total of 407 prescriptions were obtained,involving 388 flavors. 206 prescriptions were for internal use and 49 prescriptions for external use. Among them,there are 26 flavors of drugs with frequency(f)≥ 20;the top three categories cited are tonics,astringent drugs,and heat-clearing drugs;19 pairs of drugs with frequency(f)≥ 30 are involved 14 drugs. According to the genus classification,internal medicine,gynecology and rology diseases account for a large proportion. Conclusion Muli(Ostreae Concha)is the most widely used marine traditional medicine. It is often used to compatibility of the effect attribution of the deficiencynourishing drugs and astringent therapy herbs in prescriptions. This paper systematically analyzes marine Chinese Muli(Ostreae Concha)and obtains new prescriptions,which provide a theoretical basis for clinical prescription of clinical medications and new drugs.
