摘  要:为对某金矿的堆浸尾渣进行无害化处理,重点考察了碱性氯化法、SO_(2)^(-)空气氧化法、过氧化氢氧化法等氰化物处理方法及药剂用量对该金矿堆浸尾渣脱氰效果的影响。试验结果表明:当次氯酸钙用量4.0 kg/t、氧化钙用量0.35 kg/t时,脱氰后尾渣中的CN^(-)含量降至4.08 mg/L,达到了黄金行业氰渣污染控制技术规范(HJ 943—2018)中氰渣进入尾矿库处置的标准,可实现对该堆浸尾渣的无害化处理。The harmless treatment technology of heap leaching tailings in a gold mine is studied.The effects of cyanide treatment methods such as alkaline chlorination process,sulfur dioxide-air oxidation pro⁃cess,hydrogen peroxide oxidation process and the dosage of reagent on the cyanide-breaking effect of heap leaching tailings of the gold mine were investigated.The experiment results show that with the conditions of calcium hypochlorite dosage of 4.0 kg/t and calcium oxide dosage of 0.35 kg/t,the content of CN^(-)in the tailings after decyanation drops to 4.08mg/L,which meets the gold industry cyanide residue pollution con⁃trol technology specification(HJ 943-2018)cyanide residue into the tailings disposal standards,can real⁃ize the harmless treatment of the heap leaching tailings.
