摘　　要：张庄矿采用无尾矿库全尾井下充填生产经营模式,为了解决因原矿开采品位降低致使尾矿量增加而造成井下充填压力增大的问题,通过对矿浆浓度18%的酸性高硅超细尾砂(-0.074 mm含量78%)采用深锥浓密机和特种陶瓷过滤机进行脱水过滤处理,形成了含水率16%的最终外销产品,达到了新型墙体材料要求;同时,建立了新材料产线,保障了超细尾砂脱水处理系统的高效运行,提高了产能,解决了尾矿量增加而造成的井下充填压力增大的问题,为尾矿的综合利用提供了新途径。Zhangzhuang Coal Mine adopts the production and operation mode of full-tailing under⁃ground filling without tailings pond.In order to solve the problem of increasing underground filling pressure caused by the increase of tailings due to the decrease of raw ore mining grade,the deep cone thickener and special ceramic filter are used for dehydration and filtration of acid high silicon superfine tailings(-0.074 mm content 78%)with pulp concentration of 18%,and the final export product with moisture content of 16%is formed,which meets the requirements of new wall materials.At the same time,a new material produc⁃tion line was established to ensure the efficient operation of the ultra-fine tailings dewatering treatment sys⁃tem,improve production capacity,and solve the problem of increasing underground filling pressure caused by the increase of tailings amount,which provides a new way for the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
