摘 要:为了有效去除废水中的金属离子,针对桑树湾煤矿酸性废水中金属离子超标的问题,使用中和—沉淀—絮凝法进行去除,在其他条件一定的情况下,通过正交试验着重研究了预氧化时间、pH值调整剂用量、沉淀剂用量对Fe、Mn去除率的影响,确定该工艺的最佳工艺参数及影响Fe、Mn去除率的主要因素。试验结果表明:预氧化时间对酸性废水中Fe去除率影响显著,沉淀剂用量对酸性废水中Mn去除率影响显著;当预氧化时间为3 min,pH值调整剂用量2 g/L,沉淀剂用量150 mg/L时,酸性废水中Fe去除率99.57%,Mn去除率88.26%,指标理想。In order to effectively remove metal ions in wastewater,neutralization-precipitation-floccu⁃lation method was used to remove metal ions aiming at the problem of excessive metal ions in acid wastewa⁃ter of Sangshuwan Coal Mine.The effects of pre-oxidation time,dosage of pH adjuster and dosage of precip⁃itant on the removal rate of Fe and Mn were determined,and the optimal process parameters of the process and the main factors affecting the removal rate of Fe and Mn were determined.The test results show that the pre-oxidation time has a significant effect on the removal rate of Fe in the acid wastewater,and the amount of the precipitant has a significant effect on the removal rate of Mn in the acid wastewater.When the pre-ox⁃idation time was 3 min,pH adjuster dosage was 2 g/L,precipitant dosage was 150 mg/L,the Fe removal rate was 99.57%and the Mn removal rate was 88.26%in the acid wastewater,which were ideal indicators.
