摘 要:2022年南芬选矿厂处理土场回收矿石比例由13%增加到30%,为保证完成产量指标,对土场回收矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究,以探索最优选别流程。研究表明:土场回收矿石属低磷含硫酸性原生磁铁矿,矿石中赋存在磁性铁矿物中的铁占73.20%,矿石中的铁矿物主要是磁铁矿,其次为赤铁矿,少量褐铁矿和菱铁矿;脉石矿物主要为石英。矿石中的磁铁矿属不均匀中细粒嵌布,欲使约90%的磁铁矿获得单体解离,实际生产中应选择-0.045 mm90%的磨矿细度较为适宜。In 2022,the proportion of recycled ore in the soil yard of Nanfen concentrator increased from 13%to 30%.In order to ensure the completion of production indicators,the process mineralogy of re⁃cycled ore in the soil yard was studied to explore the optimal process.The research shows that the recovered ore in the soil yard is a low-phosphorus,sulfur-containing acidic primary magnetite,and the iron existing in the magnetite minerals accounts for 73.20%.The iron minerals in the ore are mainly magnetite,followed by hematite,and a small amount of limonite and siderite.The gangue minerals are mainly quartz.The mag⁃netite in the ore belongs to uneven fine-grained dissemination.In order to obtain monomer dissociation of about 90%magnetite,the grinding fineness of-0.045 mm90%should be selected in actual production.
