摘 要:为满足矿物高效浮选需要,针对矿物浮选中硫化铜、硫化锌的分离问题进行了研究。在分析铜、锌矿石基本特征的基础上,研究了铜锌矿物优先浮选、铜锌混合浮选—混合精矿分离2种工艺,并探究了选择性捕收剂、抑锌浮铜及抑铜浮锌药剂的应用情况,发现黄铜矿本身具有良好的可浮性,在酸性条件下闪锌矿的可浮性也较为突出。研究提出:在矿物浮选分离硫化铜、硫化锌的过程中,可结合这一特征选择铜锌矿物优先浮选、铜锌混合浮选—混合精矿分离2种工艺进行处理。在处理中重视浮选药剂选用,深化刺槐豆胶浮选、电化学法的应用,为现代工业生产提供优质的铜锌材料。In order to meet the needs of efficient mineral flotation,the separation of copper sulfide and zinc sulfide in mineral flotation was studied.On the basis of analyzing the basic characteristics of cop⁃per and zinc ores,the application of preferential flotation of copper-zinc minerals and copper-zinc mixed flotation-separation of mixed concentrate was studied.The application of selective collectors,zinc inhibition and copper flotation,copper inhibition and zinc flotation reagents are explored.It is found that chalcopyrite itself has good floatability,and the floatability of sphalerite is also outstanding under acidic conditions.It is proposed that in the mineral flotation separation of copper sulfide and zinc sulfide,this feature can be com⁃bined,and two processes of preferential flotation of copper and zinc minerals,and copper and zinc mixed flotation-mixed concentrate separation can be selected for treatment.In the treatment,the selection of flota⁃tion reagents was emphasized,and the application of locust bean gum flotation and electrochemical method was deepened,provide high-quality copper and zinc materials for modern industrial production.
