摘  要:某硫化铅锌选矿厂生产初期的产品技术指标达不到生产计划要求,为了使选矿厂能产出合格的铅、锌精矿产品,针对铅、锌金属回收率低、锌精矿品位低及含铅高、尾矿含锌高等问题,进行了以磨矿、浮选作业为重点的工艺流程跟踪考查研究。考查找出了工艺中存在的相关问题及原因,通过相应的流程优化改进措施,得到了铅、锌金属回收率和锌精矿品位分别提高了9.61,8.93,8.79个百分点的良好结果,提升了选矿厂的经济效益。The technical indicators of the products in the initial stage of production of a lead and zinc sulfide concentrator did not meet the production plan indicators.In order to enable the concentrator to pro⁃duce qualified lead and zinc concentrate products,for the problems of the low recovery rate of lead and zinc metals,the low grade of zinc concentrate and the high lead content and high zinc content in tailings,a follow-up investigation and research on the technological process focusing on grinding and flotation opera⁃tions was carried out.The relevant problems and reasons in the process were found out through the examina⁃tion.Through the corresponding process optimization and improvement measures,the lead and zinc metal recovery rates and zinc concentrate grades were increased by 9.61,8.93,and 8.79 percentage points,re⁃spectively.The economic benefits of the concentrator were improved.
