摘 要:刚果(金)某铜矿自2015年停产,随着铜价上涨,计划将原有矿山恢复生产,由于恢复生产的采矿规模为原矿处理量500 t/d,与原有矿山1500 t/d的采矿规模不同,针对该矿山选矿厂恢复生产的原矿处理规模问题,提出了1500,750,500 t/d 3个方案,从选矿、电气、土建、水尾等专业投资和运营成本方面进行了研究。研究对比结果表明:在满足生产要求的同时兼顾节省投资,750 t/d的复产规模灵活性最大,方案最优。A copper mine in Congo(Kinshasa)has been suspended since 2015.With the rise of cop⁃per prices,it is planned to resume production of the original mine.As the mining scale of the resumption of production is 500 t/d of raw ore processing capacity,which is different from that of the original mine of mining scale 1500 t/d mining capacity.In view of the raw ore treatment scale of the mine's ore dressing plant to resume production,three schemes of 1500,750 and 500 t/d are proposed,and the investment and operation costs of ore dressing,electrical,civil engineering,water tailings and other professions are studied.The research and comparison results show that the 750 t/d re-production scale has the greatest flexibility and the best scheme while meeting the production requirements and saving investment.
