摘  要:针对含硫22.11%的30万t高硫铁矿露天存放占地且影响环境及安全的问题,为妥善处置,进行了选矿分离提纯工艺研究。采用不磨矿直接浮选工艺,当乙基黄药和2#油用量均为200 g/t,浮选时间10 min,可选出产率41.28%、硫品位47.42%、硫回收率88.53%的硫精矿,尾矿产率58.72%,硫品位4.32%;尾矿经再磨浮选磁选,在乙基黄药及2#油用量均为235 g/t、弱磁场强0.25 T、强磁场强0.541 T的条件下,可选出产率46.36%、硫品位45.69%、硫回收率95.79的硫精矿%,产率39.17%、铁品位47.87%、硫品位2.14%、铁回收率47.81%的铁精矿。研究证实:采用浮选脱硫—尾矿再磨浮选磁选工艺,30万t高硫矿通过浮选可选出13.91万t高品位硫精矿,通过磁选可选出11.75万t铁精矿;剩余4.34万t尾矿铁硫极低,可作为机制细砂使用,可充分利用资源,高效环保处置高硫矿。Aiming at the problems of 300,000 tons high sulfur iron ore containing 22.11%sulfur stor⁃age on open space and affecting the environment and safety,the beneficiation separation and purification process was studied for proper treatment.When the dosage of ethyl xanthate and 2#oil is 200 g/t and the flo⁃tation time is 10 min,the sulfur concentrate with yield of 41.28%,sulfur grade of 47.42%and sulfur recov⁃ery of 88.53%can be obtained by direct flotation without grinding.The tailings yield is 58.72%and the sul⁃fur grade is 4.32%.Under the conditions of ethyl xanthate and 2#oil dosage of 235 g/t,low intensity magnetic field strength of 0.25 T and high intensity magnetic field strength of 0.541 T,the sulfur concentrate with yield of 46.36%,sulfur grade of 45.69%and sulfur recovery of 95.79%,and iron concentrate with yield of 39.17%,iron grade of 47.87%,sulfur grade of 2.14%and iron recovery of 47.81%can be obtained by tail⁃ings regrinding flotation magnetic separation.Studies have confirmed that using flotation desulfurization tailings regrinding flotation magnetic separation process,139100 tons of high-grade sulfur concentrate can be obtained from 300000 tons high-sulfur ore by flotation,and 117500 tons of iron concentrate can be ob⁃tained by magnetic separation.The iron and sulfur of residual 43400 tons tailings is extremely low,which can be used as fine sand,make full use of resources,and dispose high sulfur ore efficiently and environmen⁃tally.
