摘  要:为了降低生产成本,提高经济效益,某铁矿针对原有赤铁矿选矿工艺不适合磁铁矿石选别的问题,进行了磁铁矿石磨选试验研究。试验研究表明:推荐三段磨矿—磁选流程,磨选一段、二段、三段磨矿细度分别为-0.074 mm含量40%,60%,85%,磁场强度分别为0.20,0.20,0.15 T,经阶磨阶选后铁精矿品位可达64.03%,再经淘洗机选别可获得铁品位65%以上的铁精矿,有效降低了生产成本,且经济效益显著。In order to reduce production costs and improve economic benefits,conducted an experimen⁃tal study on the grinding and beneficiation of magnetite ore in view of the problems that the original hematite beneficiation process was not suitable for the separation of magnetite ore.The experimental research shows that the three-stage grinding-magnetic separation process is recommended.The grinding fineness of the first,second and third stages of grinding and separation are-0.074 mm content 40%,60%and 85%,respectively,and the magnetic field intensity are 0.20,0.20 and 0.15 T,respectively.The iron concentrate grade can reach 64.03%after step grinding and separation.The iron concentrate with iron grade above 65%can be obtained by washing machine,which effectively reduces the production cost and has remarkable economic benefits.
