摘  要:赵案庄矿段自投产以来,因多种原因,选用多中段同时开采的模式。2020年开始扩大井下产能,年产量由75万t提高至150万t,因此原有通风系统已不能满足扩大后的矿井生产需求。为保证赵案庄矿段的安全开采,对赵案庄矿段原有通风系统中的风机进行了更换,并在-200 m回风水平处增加了1条新回风巷,把原来破碎站进入-320 m水平采场的污风通过新建的专用回风井直接进入-200 m回风平巷,同时还通过安装新式联动风门优化通风线路,从而达到井下安全生产用风需求。Since the start of production,the zhaoanzhuang mine section has been mined simultane⁃ously in multiple sections for various reasons.After 2020 the expansion of the underground production ca⁃pacity is from 750000 t to 1500000 t per year,so the original ventilation system could no longer meet the production needs of the expanded mine.In order to ensure the safe mining of zhaoanzhuang mine section,the fans in the original ventilation system were replaced and a new return air tunnel was added at-200 m return air level so that the dirty air from the original crushing station into the-320 m level quarry can di⁃rectly enter the-200 m return air flat tunnel through the newly built special return air shaft,and the venti⁃lation line was optimized by installing a new type of linkage dampers to achieve the safe underground pro⁃duction wind demand.
