摘 要:地压监测是了解地下围岩力学响应,优化围岩支护参数的一种重要手段。为探究安徽太平矿业有限公司矽卡岩巷道地压情况,以该矿-480 m水平主运输巷为研究对象,采用多点位移计和锚杆测力计对巷道围岩变形和锚杆受力进行监测,结合数学统计分析的方法,研究-480 m主运输巷围岩变形和荷载在时间上和空间上的演化规律。监测结果表明,矽卡岩巷道围岩变形值最大可达48 mm,矽卡岩巷道围岩松动圈范围为2~3 m;各位置的锚杆轴力随时间都有所增长,受右侧新开挖巷道的影响,右帮4.5 m处锚杆轴力最大;其余测点锚杆轴力较小,但矽卡岩围岩变形较大,这表明锚杆与矽卡岩围岩之间锚固条件差,锚杆支护没有充分发挥作用;相应研究结果对巷道稳定性分析和支护设计优化具有指导意义。Ground pressure monitoring is an important means to understand the mechanical response of underground surrounding rock and optimize the parameters of rock support.In order to investigate the ground pressure of the skarn roadway of Anhui Taiping Mining Co.,Ltd,the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock and the stress of the anchor rods were monitored by multi-point displacement meter and anchor rod force gauge,and the evolution of the deformation and load in time and space of the surrounding rock of the-480 m main transportation roadway was studied by combining the method of mathematical sta⁃tistical analysis.The monitoring results show that the maximum deformation of the skarn lane surrounding rock can reach 48 mm,and the loosening circle of the skarn lane surrounding rock ranges from 2 to 3 m.The anchor rod axial force increases with time at all locations,and the anchor rod axial force is the largest at 4.5 m of the right gang,which is influenced by the newly excavated lane on the right side;the anchor rod axial force is smaller at the remaining measurement points,but the deformation of the skarn lane sur⁃rounding rock is larger,which indicates that the anchoring conditions between the anchor rod and the skarn lane surrounding rock are poor,and the anchor rod support is not fully developed.This indicates that the anchorage conditions between the anchor rod and the skarn surrounding rock are poor and the anchor rod support does not play a full role;the corresponding research results have guiding significance for the analysis of the roadway stability and the optimization of the support design.
