摘  要:为了提升选矿产能和技术指标,针对选矿流程中矿石性质变化及波动造成球磨机台时处理量和磨选产能提升困难的问题,进行了选矿工艺问题梳理和分析研究。研究发现制约选矿产能和指标水平的主要因素为生产组织模式、磨矿分级及选别工艺和相关设备运行效率较低等,经优化生产组织、提升磨选工艺和设备运行效率,在保证铁精粉品位的前提下,达到了降低了磨矿粒度,提升磨选产能至65 t/h的效果,有效保障了磨选产能和生产指标。In order to raise the production capacity and technical index of mineral processing,the problems of the processing capacity of ball mill and the increase of production capacity of grinding and sep⁃aration caused by the change and fluctuation of ore properties in the flowsheet of mineral processing system were sorted out and analyzed,after studying and optimizing the above problems,it was found that the main factors that restrict the production capacity and index level of mineral processing are the mode of produc⁃tion organization,grinding and classification,the lower operation efficiency of separation process and relat⁃ed equipment,by optimizing the production organization,improving the grinding process and equipment operation efficiency,on the premise of ensuring the grade of fine powder,the results of reducing the size of grinding particle and raising the capacity of grinding and separation to 65t/h have been achieved,it can ef⁃fectively ensure the mill capacity and index level.
