强脉冲光与CO_(2)点阵激光治疗面部皮肤光老化疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的研究面部皮肤光老化采用点阵激光治疗的效果。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月于我院接受治疗的80例面部皮肤光老化患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法为分组依据,对照组40例,观察组40例。治疗前入组者均拍照,保留影像资料以便与治疗后面部情况进行对比。对照组采用强脉冲光治疗,观察组采用点阵激光治疗,对比两组治疗效果、治疗满意度、并发症情况及治疗前后症状积分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组82.5%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.129,P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后毛孔大小、皮肤质地、肤色及色素沉着症状积分均更低(t=19.339,t=15.325,t=19.187,t=12.709,P<0.05);观察组治疗总满意率为97.5%,高于对照组75.0%(χ^(2)=8.537,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,低于对照组27.5%(χ^(2)=7.439,P<0.05)。结论面部皮肤光老化采用点阵激光治疗,可有效提高患者满意度,减少并发症情况,促进患者症状改善。Objective To study the effect of fractional laser therapy on facial skin photoaging.Methods A total of 80 patients with photoaging facial skin who received treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the random number table method was used as the basis for grouping,with 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.All participants were photographed before treatment,and the image data were retained for comparison with the facial condition after treatment.The control group was treated with intense pulsed light,and the observation group was treated with fractional laser.The treatment effect,treatment satisfaction,complications,and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.0%,which was 82.5%higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.129,P>0.05).and pigmentation symptom scores were lower(t=19.339,t=15.325,t=19.187,t=12.709,P<0.05);the total treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was 75.0%higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=8.537,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,which was 27.5%lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=7.439,P<0.05).Conclusion Fractional laser treatment of facial skin photoaging can effectively improve patient satisfaction,reduce complications,and improve symptoms.
