摘　　要：目的探讨全程无缝隙护理在头面部烧伤后瘢痕整形修复手术中的应用及其对心理状态、术后并发症和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月我院收治的136例头面部烧伤后瘢痕整形修复术患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组68例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程无缝隙护理,对两组患者护理效果进行评价。结果观察组患者术后首次下床时间、皮片融合时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术前、术后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对头面部烧伤瘢痕整形修复手术患者实施全程无缝隙护理,有助于改善患者的围术期心理状态,降低术后并发症发生率,促进术后恢复和提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of whole course seamless nursing in the plastic repair of scar after head and face burn and its influence on psychological state,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction.Methods 136 patients with scar plastic repair after head and face burns treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 68 cases in each group.Routine nursing was implemented in the control group,and seamless nursing was implemented in the observation group on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results The first time out of bed,skin graft fusion time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process seamless nursing for patients with head and face burn scar plastic repair surgery is helpful to improve the perioperative psychological state of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
