“陆海新通道”下区域物流系统综合评价与轴辐网络构建研究——以广西为例

摘　　要：广西与东盟国家陆海相连的独特优势对西部陆海新通道战略规划的实施至关重要,而在其内部构建一个物流总量大、物流成本低、流通效率高的区域物流网络是广西参与“一带一路”建设的重要前提。本文依据轴辐式网络理论,采用主层次、熵权法、灰色关联法对广西14个地级市物流系统发展水平进行综合评价,确定了轴心城市和辐点城市,以引力模型和物流隶属度模型计算轴心城市对辐点城市的引力和物流隶属度,构建了“五轴九辐”广西区域物流网络系统,并对其中的轴心城市、干支线通道、物流城市圈及国际物流大通道进行分析,为“陆海新通道”下的广西区域物流系统发展提供借鉴。The unique advantages of Guangxi and ASEAN countries connected by land and seaare crucial to the implementation of the national“New land-sea corridor”strategic plan.In the Guangxi area,the construction of a regional logistics network with large logistics volume,low logistics cost and high circulation efficiency is an important prerequisite for participating in the construction of“the Belt and Road”.Based on Hub-and-Spoke Network theory,this paper uses three evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the logistics development level of 14 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi,determines the hub city and spoke city,calculates the gravity and logistics membership degree of hub city to spoke city by gravity model and logistics membership degree model,and constructs“five axes and nine spokes”Guangxi regionlogistics network,and the construction of hub and spoke network,hub city,trunk branch line,logistics city circle and international logistics corridor are analyzed,providing reference for Guangxi regional logistics development under the“New land-sea corridor”.
