摘 要:本文基于非线性梁理论和弹塑性理论对具有恒定蜂窝壁厚度的六边形蜂窝芯结构进行了考虑几何非线性的弹塑性建模,并研究了数值求解算法,获得了蜂窝芯结构的应力-应变曲线和泊松比,建立了蜂窝芯结构的有限元模型,验证了方法的正确性.得到了不同几何参数(包括蜂窝壁厚度与倾斜蜂窝壁长度的比值t/l、垂直蜂窝壁高度与倾斜蜂窝壁长度的比值h/l、蜂窝壁倾角θ)下蜂窝芯结构的应力-应变曲线和泊松比,并分析了几何非线性、材料非线性对于蜂窝芯结构应力-应变曲线的影响.随着应变的增加,结构的几何非线性造成结构的整体刚度增大.塑性变形出现后,结构的整体刚度开始下降.The elastoplastic model of hexagonal honeycombs having a constant wall thickness with consideration for geometric nonlinearity is established herein based on the nonlinear beam and elastoplastic theories.The solution algorithm is researched to obtain the stressstrain relationship and Poisson’s ratio of the honeycombs.A finite element model of the honeycombs is established to verify the proposed method.The stress-strain relationships and Poisson’s ratio of the honeycombs with different parameters(including different ratios of the thickness of honeycomb wall to the length of the inclined wall t/l,different ratios of the height of the vertical wall to the length of the inclined wall h/l,and different inclination angleθ)are obtained.Furthermore,the influence of the geometric and material nonlinearities on the stress-strain relationship of the honeycombs is analyzed.The geometric nonlinearity increases the overall stiffness of honeycombs with the increase in strain.Then,it decreases gradually owing to the plastic deformation.
