摘 要:铝箔生产过程中必须严格控制轧制油的添加剂含量,并及时检测添加剂含量变化情况。基于傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)法可以快速分析检测有机物成分的特点,开发一种可以同时测定铝箔轧制油中脂肪醇、脂肪酯、脂肪酸三种添加剂含量的技术。该技术操作简便,样品不需要前处理,直接加入液体池进行检测,一个样品检测时间仅需5~10分钟,相对标准偏差为0.89%~1.63%,加标回收率为95.3%~102.1%,该检测技术的准确性满足工艺控制要求,极大提高了工作效率。In the process of aluminum foil production, the additive content of rolling oil must be strictly controlled and the change of additive content must be detected in time. Based on the characteristics that fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)can quickly analyze and detect organic components,a technology for simultaneous determination of fatty alcohol,fatty ester and fatty acid in aluminum foil rolling oil is developed. The technology is simple to operate,samples do not need pretreatment,and are directly added to the liquid tank for detection. The detection time of a sample is only 5~10 minutes,the relative standard deviation is 0.89%~1.63%,and the recovery rate is 95.3%~102.1%. The accuracy meets the requirements of process control and greatly improves the work efficiency.
