摘 要:为降低表面处理对环氧玻璃鳞片涂层性能的影响,提高涂层耐介质和防腐性能,探讨了酚醛环氧树脂种类、反应性稀释剂类型和用量、固化剂类型及复配用量以及玻璃鳞片用量对涂层干燥性能、抗渗透性能、低表面附着性能和长效防腐性能的影响。研究表明:以m(酚醛环氧树脂DEN431)∶m(腰果酚缩水甘油醚)=2∶1为树脂体系,以m(脂环胺C)∶m(改性聚酰胺)=3∶1作为固化剂体系,开发的无溶剂环氧玻璃鳞片涂料各项性能优于HG/T 4336-2012指标,涂层湿表面附着力15.4 MPa,St2表面附着力13.4 MPa,具有优异的长效防腐性能和低表面处理高膜厚涂装性能。In order to reduce the influence of surface treatment on the properties of epoxy glass flake coatings and improve the anti-corrosion properties,the effects of different types of phenolic epoxy resins,different types of reactive diluents and dosages,different types of curing agents combined dosages,and glass flake types and dosages on coating drying performance,anti-penetration performance,adhesion of surface-tolerance substrates and long-term anticorrosion performance were investigated. The research showed that the performances of the solvent-free glass flake coating developed with m(phenolic epoxy resin DEN431)∶m(cardanol glycidyl ether)=2∶1 as the resin system and m(cycloaliphatic amine C)∶m(modified polyamide)=3∶1 as the curing agent system. The performances of coatings were not only better than“HG/T4336-2012 glass flake anticorrosive coating”,but also the coatings owned wet surface adhesion of 15. 4 MPa,St2 surface adhesion of 13. 4 MPa,excellent long-term anti-corrosion and high film thickness coating performances on surface-tolerant.
