摘 要:采用共混法制备了一种性能优良成本低廉的水性环氧乳液,并研究相反转与丙烯酸改性2种水性化技术对水性环氧乳液性能的协同影响。首先利用相反转法合成了水性环氧乳液(PE),而后与丙烯酸改性环氧乳液(AE)共混,得到复合环氧乳液(AE/PE)。通过扫描电镜、电化学阻抗、Tafel极化和耐水、耐酸及耐盐雾试验测试涂膜防腐性能。结果表明:相反转与丙烯酸改性的协同作用使复合环氧乳液粒径减小,分布变窄,涂层更为均匀致密,有助于提高涂膜耐水、耐酸及耐盐雾性能;当m(AE)∶m(PE)=0.4∶1时,得到的涂膜综合性能最佳。说明相反转法与丙烯酸改性法能协同增强水性环氧乳液性能。A cost-effective kind of waterborne epoxy emulsions was prepared by blending method,and the synergistic effects of two waterborne technologies,namely,phase inversion and acrylic modification,on the performance of epoxy emulsions were investigated. First,waterborne epoxy emulsions(PE) were synthesized by phase inversion technique. Then,composite emulsions(AE/PE)were obtained by mixing with acrylic modified epoxy emulsions(AE). The anti-corrosion properties of AE/PE were studied by electrochemical impedance,tafel polarization,water resistance,acid resistance and salt spray tests. The results showed that the synergistic effects of phase inversion and acrylic modification reduced the particle size distribution of emulsions,leading to a more uniform and compact coatings,which were contributed to the improvement of water resistance,acid resistance and salt spray resistance of the coatings. When w(AE)∶w(PE)was 0. 4∶1,the comprehensive performance of the films was the best. This indicated that the phase inversion and acrylic modification methods could synergistically enhance the performances of waterborne epoxy emulsions.
