摘　　要：大学的木结构混合建筑“未来室”在如期完工后,已于2021年10月1曰在威滕/黑尔德克大学校园落成。这个扩建工程由柏林的Kaden+Lager建筑师事务所负责,总楼面面积为7000m^(2),耗资2700万欧元,比原先估计的少了100万欧元。Zublin Timber公司以总承包商的身份建造了该建筑。新扩建建筑为学生提供了约300个学习空间,以及研讨室、图书馆、可容纳350人的活动室和约100个办公工作站。Wood Hybrid Building for the University After its completion on schedule,the"Future Room"was inaugu-rated on October 1,2021 on the campus of Witten/Herdecke University.The extension by Berlin architects Kaden+Lager covers 7,000 m2 of gross floor area and cost 27 million euros-one million less than originally estimated.Zublin Timber realised the building as the general contractor.
