摘  要:温度荷载是混凝土重力坝的一个主要荷载,它的大小直接影响着大坝是否产生温度裂缝,进而影响着大坝的安全稳定运行。碾压混凝土坝由于胶凝材料用量少、混凝土温升较低,温控措施往往认为可以简化或者取消,但工程经验表明,碾压混凝土重力坝施工过程中温控措施仍必不可少。以福建省周宁电站碾压混凝土重力坝为例,借助三维有限单元法,探讨了有无控温措施的区别,同时对浇筑温度和表面保温关键温控参数开展敏感性分析。计算结果表明:不采取温控措施不能满足温控要求,浇筑温度降低和适度表面保温可以起到较好的温控防裂作用。该工程的温控防裂方法和思路对类似工程的温控防裂具有重要参考意义。Temperature load is one of the main loads of RCC dams,its value directly affects whether the dam produces temperature cracks,and affects the safe and stable operation of the dam.Due to the small amount of cementing material and low concrete temperature rise in RCC dams,temperature control measures are often considered to be simplified or eliminated.However engineering experiences show that temperature control measures are indispensable during the construction of RCC gravity dams.Taking Zhouning RCC gravity dam as an example,using three-dimensional finite element method,we discussed the difference between presence and absence of temperature control measures.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis on the pouring temperature and the key temperature control parameters of the surface insulation were carried out to study its effect on the dam temperature and the degree of influence of temperature stress.The calculation results showed that temperature control requirements could not be met without temperature control measures,and lower pouring temperature and appropriate surface insulation could play a better role in temperature control and crack prevention.The temperature control and crack prevention measures and ideas used in this project can provide significant reference value for the temperature control and crack prevention of similar projects.
