摘 要:为改善传统充压伸缩式水封机械加压方式所带来的闸门结构复杂和不耐久的问题,设计了一种利用水封在库水作用下自身的大变形主动完成封水的自闭式新型水封,从而取消机械加压,这种水封设计的关键是对各种工况下水封的变形进行准确预估。基于水封橡胶材料的非线性张量本构关系、几何大变形非线性特征、接触非线性特征、以某尖头“山”形水封为例,利用连续介质有限元计算方法对该种水封进行了自闭的仿真计算,并以室内试验加以验证。实践表明:“山”形橡胶水封能实现较好的自闭,且大大削减了闸门充压水封装置的建造成本、便利了工程维护、提高了耐久性,具有较大的应用价值。In order to overcome the defect of the gate structure s complexity and the non-durability caused by the traditional pressurization method of the pressure-filled telescopic water seal,a self-closing water seal that utilizes the large deformation of the water seal under reservoir water was designed,thereby eliminating mechanical pressure.The key of this kind of water seal design is to accurately predict the deformation of water seal under various working conditions.Based on the non-linear tensor constitutive relation of the water-sealed rubber material,the non-linear characters of the geometric large deformation and the non-linear characteristic of contact,taking a sharp mountain-like water seal as an example,the self-closing simulation calculation of this kind of water seal was carried out by using continuous medium finite element method,which was also verified by indoor experiments.Simulation and test results showed that the mountain-like rubber water seal can often achieve better self-closure,greatly reduce the construction cost of gate pressure water seal device,facilitate engineering maintenance and improve durability,which has great application value.
